Terms of Service
Last updated
By using SubHub, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
What SubHub Does
SubHub helps you organize subscriptions, estimate renewal dates, understand recurring spend, and set reminders. It is not financial, tax, legal, accounting, banking, cancellation, or payment processing advice.
Your Account
You are responsible for keeping your sign-in credentials secure and for all activity under your account. Keep your subscription records accurate and do not enter full payment card numbers, security codes, account passwords, or other sensitive secrets into the app.
Accuracy
Totals, renewal dates, reminders, and savings estimates depend on the data available and on SubHub's calculation methods. Always verify important dates, prices, trials, cancellations, and renewals with the provider or your bank.
Optional Integrations
Features such as Apple sign-in, account sync, optional backups, and device notifications depend on third-party services. Depending on your app configuration, those services can include Apple, Google Firebase or Google Cloud, Supabase, and Vercel. Their terms, privacy policies, outages, permission prompts, and account requirements may also apply.
Acceptable Use
- Do not use SubHub to break laws, violate third-party rights, or upload harmful content.
- Do not misuse authentication, APIs, notifications, backups, or shared infrastructure.
- Do not attempt to access other users' data.
- Do not reverse engineer, overload, scrape, or interfere with the service.
Your Data and Content
You keep ownership of the subscription records and notes you add. You give SubHub permission to process that information only as needed to provide, secure, maintain, and improve the app.
Changes and Availability
SubHub may change, suspend, or discontinue features over time. We aim to keep the app useful, but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, permanent storage, or compatibility with every device, operating-system version, or service provider.
Termination
You may stop using SubHub at any time and delete your account where available. Access may be suspended or terminated if these terms are violated, if continued operation would create risk for the service or other users, or if required by a platform provider or law.
Disclaimers
SubHub is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, accuracy, and uninterrupted operation.
Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, SubHub and its operators are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for losses related to missed renewals, inaccurate estimates, provider charges, failed reminders, or unavailable integrations.
Updates to These Terms
These terms may be updated as the app changes. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms.
